These terms describe Ask NOVA, the AI guide on this website. They do not automatically govern NOVA products or create a product contract.
What Ask NOVA does
It answers questions about approved public NOVA information and links to relevant pages. It cannot access accounts, make purchases, execute product actions, submit a contact request, or bind NOVA to a commitment.
Limits
AI answers may be inaccurate or incomplete. Check the linked sources and contact NOVA before relying on consequential information. Do not use Ask NOVA for legal, financial, or medical advice.
What not to submit
Do not include confidential information, credentials, financial-account information, patient records, symptoms, or other sensitive personal data. Questions are processed by NOVA and its AI provider as described in the Privacy notice.
Availability
Ask NOVA may be limited or unavailable. The ordinary product pages and contact route remain available when the guide is disabled.
